Album evidence notes
A saved link becomes useful when a future reader can understand what it showed, what remained missing, and why it stayed on the list.
Record the album URL, page role, category, item clue, useful photos, missing evidence, outside links, check date, and one-sentence reason to save. Describe only what the page supports; keep assumptions and seller claims in separate fields.
Begin with one question
A general note such as “good page” is difficult to compare later. Start with a question: Does this page show the measurements? Is this the same item code as the source link? Are the useful material close-ups present? Which contact mark appears on the images?
The question determines which evidence deserves a note. Everything else can remain secondary until it affects the decision.

Stronger versus weaker
“Clothing album checked 6 August. Code A17 is visible in the title and source caption. Front, back, collar, and flat chest measurement are shown. Sleeve measurement and packed weight are missing. Saved to compare the code and garment width with two other sources.”
“Great seller, good quality, latest item.” The page alone may not support seller reliability, quality, or freshness, and the note gives no reason for the saved link.
Do not overread the page
A clear album note does not authenticate an item, confirm ownership of the photos, verify a seller, establish stock, or guarantee that a future transaction will match the images. Its purpose is narrower: preserve what was visible and make the remaining question explicit.
